Another successful day here in Tegucigalpa! We started off the day with a warm welcome from the congregation and ended the brigade without anyone being turned away. God provided the perfect amount of supplies needed in the medical, optical, and pharmacy stations to properly serve the needs of our patients. Several patients were evaluated to need more medical aid than could be provided at our site. We worked in collaboration with the Honduran Doctors to get the resources and referrals that they need for their care. We are so grateful for the incredible teamwork we share between all members involved.
Besides washing hair in Children's today, a team member was moved to wash a littles girl's feet. It was a special moment shared! We so enjoy seeing the smiling faces and sharing the contagious energy of the Honduran children.
In evangelism we witnessed the overwhelming need for God's presence. We pray His love is felt in the lives of the Hondurans.
We look forward to visiting the ranch tomorrow and getting back to work on Thursday!
